? What You’ll Do

Working under the guidance of our F&B Manager, you’ll bring professionalism, personality, and attention to detail to every shift. Depending on your role, your day may include:

As a Server

• Preparing your station before service to ensure a flawless guest experience.

• Completing opening and closing side work with consistency and care.

• Staying informed on daily specials, featured drinks, and any 86’d items.

• Mastering the menu — ingredients, preparation, presentation, and guest favorites.

• Answering guest questions with confidence and clarity.

• Operating the POS system accurately and efficiently.

• Delivering polished service from start to finish, including bussing and resetting tables.

• Maintaining a clean, organized section throughout your shift.

• Collaborating closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure every dish and drink meets our standards.

• Providing attentive service — refilling water, checking in after entrées, pre-bussing, and anticipating guest needs.

As a Bartender

• Crafting cocktails, pouring beverages, and preparing drinks with precision and flair.

• Maintaining full knowledge of liquor, wine, beer, and specialty beverage offerings.

• Engaging guests with warm, upbeat service at the bar and in the dining room.

• Keeping the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked.

• Working closely with servers to ensure seamless service and timely drink delivery.

• Following all accounting and cash-handling procedures.

• Upholding presentation standards for every drink served.
