Job Summary:
As a Food and Beverage Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the food and beverage outlets within the establishment. Your main goal will be to ensure high-quality customer service, efficient operations, and profitability of the outlets. This position reports directly to the Director of Food & Beverage.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a managerial role in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the food and beverage outlets, including staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability and minimize costs.
- Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and beverages.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement new ideas to enhance the outlets' offerings.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
