Assistant Dining Room Manager

Department: Cascades
Location: Dawsonville, GA

**Job Summary:**
Amicalola Falls State Park & Lodge is seeking an Assistant Dining Room Manager to assist with overseeing the Front of House daily operations of our beautiful Cascades Restaurant. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for helping to ensure efficient restaurant operations, maintaining high-quality customer service, managing staff, and maximizing profitability.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Assisting with overseeing day-to-day operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and inventory management.
2. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
3. Training and managing restaurant staff.
4. Assisting with developing and implementing strategies to enhance restaurant sales and profitability.
5. Handling customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional manner.
6. Monitoring food quality and restaurant cleanliness.

**Qualifications:**
1. Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the restaurant industry.
2. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
3. Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
4. Knowledge of food safety regulations.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
6. Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
