As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll help create exceptional guest experiences by ensuring our lodge rooms, public spaces, and beloved mountain cabins are spotless, welcoming, and maintained to the highest standards. This is a hands-on, people-focused position perfect for someone who takes pride in quality, teamwork, and the beauty of the outdoors.
As a key member of our housekeeping leadership team, you will:
Participate in or conduct daily departmental lineups.
Represent Housekeeping in Manager Lineup when scheduled as the on-duty leader.
Support the team by cleaning rooms when not in a leadership rotation (minimum 10 rooms/day).
Uphold and enforce cleanliness standards across cabins, lodge rooms, and public spaces.
Inspect VIP rooms and a minimum of five rooms daily.
Recheck all departures in your section after the 1:00 p.m. report.
Inspect linen rooms, housekeeping vehicles, and public areas to ensure they meet standards.
Review and approve checkout rooms before releasing them in the system.
Submit and follow up on maintenance work orders.
Ensure all rooms needing service are properly assigned.
Communicate late checkouts or outstanding tasks to the PM Public Space Attendant.
Assist with deep cleans, VIP arrivals, and cleaning tasks as needed.
Provide guidance and oversight to Housekeeping Aides.
Follow all lodge policies, grooming standards, and safety procedures.
Maintain positive, cooperative relationships with all lodge associates.
Demonstrate Coral Hospitality’s 3 Steps of Service and 15 Basics of Service.
Adapt to a flexible schedule—our lodge operates 24/7.
You will directly supervise team members in Housekeeping and Laundry, including:
Interviewing, hiring, and training staff
Assigning and directing daily work
Evaluating performance and providing feedback
Addressing concerns and supporting problem resolution
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is a plus
Ability to read and interpret safety and procedural documents
Basic math skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Clear, confident communication with guests and team members
This role is active and hands-on. You should be comfortable with:
Standing, walking, bending, climbing, and reaching throughout the day
Lifting or moving up to 25 lbs
Working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
You’ll work in a dynamic lodge setting that includes:
Exposure to cleaning chemicals and equipment
Moderate noise levels
Occasional outdoor tasks in changing weather
