**Summary:**
Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa, managed by Coral Hospitality, is seeking a Dishwasher/Prep Cook to join their team. The role involves actively demonstrating hospitality to guests and internal associates, focusing on exceeding guest expectations, and maintaining open communication with the Restaurant and Banquet Managers.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
- Reports to work punctually and in uniform, maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
- Ensures safety, cleanliness, and sanitation in the work area.
- Prepares food following approved recipes and ensures high quality and appearance.
- Controls food waste, maintains proper food storage, and adheres to food safety guidelines.
- Participates in pre-shift meetings, training sessions, and buffet set-up.
- Maintains a positive attitude, safe work practices, and harmonious relationships with colleagues.
- Follows Coral Hospitality service standards and resort policies.
- Must be flexible with work schedule to meet business demands.
**Education and/or Experience:**
High School Diploma or equivalent.
**Physical Demands:**
This position requires standing, walking, lifting up to 20 pounds, and other physical activities. Reasonable accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities.
**Work Environment:**
