What You’ll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll help maintain the beauty, safety, and functionality of our resort facilities.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance
- Troubleshooting and repairing maintenance issues quickly and efficiently
- Completing general repairs including plumbing, painting, carpentry, and basic electrical work
- Assisting with HVAC and mechanical system upkeep
- Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Responding to maintenance requests from departments and guests
- Maintaining accurate maintenance logs and reports
- Supporting a safe environment for guests and team members
What We’re Looking For
- Previous maintenance or facilities experience preferred
- Knowledge of basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or mechanical systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
- Comfortable performing physical work and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Good communication skills
- Valid driver’s license required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
